HitFast Discovery® consists of four proprietary technologies: SARA, MedChem Decision, EZ Design®, and ChemBase®. The platform was created to provide a solution for the well-known and challenging blocking points in drug discovery programs, such as selectivity, solubility, and toxicity, that often result in delays or even program cancellations.

HitFast Discovery® first and foremost allows an exploration of new chemical spaces in developing small molecule drug candidates and thereby increases the chance of IP creation. The platform improves and strengthens the understanding of structure activity relationship studies for better guidance to the medicinal chemist in lead optimization. Finally, HitFast Discovery® is able to meet a growing need for pharmaceutical companies to predict as early as possible the ADME TOX profile of a lead to reduce failures related to the clinical phase studies.
