SARA (Structure-Activity Relationships Analysis) is QSAR and QSPR and data mining platform capable of extracting SAR data from chemical and biological data from high throughput screening, hit-to-lead and lead optimization stages. In an iterative way, SARA builds models and exports them as executables to be used for predictions and integration into any existing informatics infrastructure. SARA does not require any expertise in data-mining and can be used by biologists, bench chemists and medicinal chemists as well as computational chemists.

EZ Design® is a reagent selection, library design and profiling tool. It has been developed to fit bench chemists and medicinal chemists’ workflow. The software is designed to be portable with a comprehensive graphical user interface, integrated and fast functionalities needed for reagent retrieval and filtering, products enumeration and library profiling.

MedChem Decision is a medicinal chemistry-based software developed to perform de novo design for a single or a family of therapeutic targets. It relies on the fragment-based drug design approach. The fragments from which the new molecules are assembled (following reaction schemes) are extracted from commercially available reactant databases or from existing molecules. MedChem Decision is capable of designing synthetically feasible molecules thanks to its chemical module that allows the evaluation of the chemical feasibility of every de novo designed molecule proposed. The novelty of the designed molecules is evaluated by the patentability module. The user can also enter any a priori knowledge on the biological target using script-based programming. MedChem Decision is our in house technology, and thus not available for licensing.
