OriBase Pharma has initiated several collaborations with laboratories belonging to public research organizations and with the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

OriBase Pharma has kept close ties with the CBS host laboratory during the creation of Nova Decision in 2007. In this context, a cooperation agreement was signed and a doctoral CIFRE was hired on the project of discovering ORB0004 inhibitors. OriBase Pharma has the co-property and exclusive right of exploitation of inventions for ORB0004 inhibitors that will be developed in the field of diagnosis and treatment of human cancers, inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases.

OriBase Pharma collaborates with the Institute of Cancer Research in Montpellier (IRCM) in the development of the monoclonal antibody ORB0003. OriBase Pharma has the co-property and exclusive right of exploitation of inventions of the antibodies that will be developed in the field of diagnosis and treatment of human cancers, inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases.

The Laboratory of Chemistry of Bioactive Molecules and Flavors (LCMBA) located at the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis a partners with OriBase Pharma for the projects of development of inhibitors (ORB0004 & ORB0005). For the draft ORB0005, a CIFRE doctoral student was recruited in conjunction with this laboratory. OriBase Pharma has the co-property and exclusive right of exploitation of inventions for molecules that will be developed in the field of diagnosis and treatment of human cancers.

Through proposal by the ANR (National Agency of Research), a collaborative project linking OriBase Pharma, the IRCM and LCMBA, has been established (combo ORB0003 and ORB0004).

OriBase Pharma (formerly Azasynth) maintains a special partnership with a joint laboratory of CNRS, The University of Montpellier 2, and Institute of Biomolecular Max Mousseron (IBMM), in the development of methods for obtaining fluorinated molecules with efficiency. Obtaining fluorinated molecules is a key element in the search for effective bioactive molecules. Through this collaboration, the company has obtained the exclusive rights of exploitation of inventions and a non-exclusive license to a patent in the European CNRS.

OriBase Pharma (formerly Nova Decision) has established a partnership with the Institute of Gerhardt Montpellier. In this project, OriBase Pharma supports the funding of a PhD student for the development of a new system of "Drug Delivery". OriBase Pharma has co-property and an exclusive right for the use of the inventions in developing new drug delivery systems allowing a controlled and continued release.

The company ITL cooperates with OriBase Pharma to develop new molecules for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Through this partnership, OriBase Pharma holds a percentage of Royalties proportional to R&D expenses undertaken.

PRI (Pharmacology Research Institute) and OriBase Pharma are partners for the development of a new anti-cancer molecule. OriBase Pharma has co-property on the results, assigns operating rights to PRI, and obtains Royalties on sales.
